Pecot Light Schriftart

Pecot Light by Graham Meade of GEM is a free high-contrast serif display font with an unusually spare, architectural build. Broad vertical strokes meet hairline joins, and rounded rectangular curves give the letters a crisp fashion-editorial look.

Its strong light-and-dark geometry can echo the hard edges and smooth curves of minimalist product photography, cut-paper collage, and repeating architectural patterns. It suits fashion magazines and cosmetics packaging. The same severe contrast also fits gallery posters and boutique branding, where broad uprights and almost vanishing horizontal strokes can become part of imagery built around silhouettes, grids, and clean geometric forms in editorial and retail campaigns.
