Hostil Gradient Schriftart

Hostil Gradient by Paulo W of Intellecta Design is a free decorative display font with broad upright forms cut by tight horizontal stripes. The alternating bands preserve recognizable silhouettes but lend the lettering the flicker of a scanned screen or a partly closed blind.

Use it to turn a poster title into a graphic pattern rather than a conventional line of type. The striped treatment also suits electronic music artwork, fashion packaging, and event graphics with an optical or industrial direction. On merchandise, the letters can become the central illustration.
