Yatis Black by Benoît Sjöholm is a free geometric display font built from dense, sharply cut strokes and strict vertical forms. Its lowercase letters have a compact, blocky silhouette, with diagonal joins, narrow openings, and pointed ends breaking through the solid shapes. The result feels severe and engineered.
It is most convincing in poster headlines, where the dark mass and repeated angular cuts can establish an immediate graphic theme for concerts, festivals, or underground events. The same construction suits music packaging, streetwear branding, and game graphics, since the letters can function as a row of interlocking symbols rather than ordinary text.
