Xaligraphy Thin Schriftart

Xaligraphy Thin, created by Zdenek Gromnica aka Future Millennium of Groovy, is a free experimental script font with sweeping strokes and sharply cut letter shapes. Its uneven joins and abrupt changes in width make the writing look hand-cut as much as hand-drawn. The silhouette is restless and angular.

Posters are a natural medium for this lettering because its exaggerated forms can become part of the graphic image. It also suits album artwork and event flyers built around alternative music, underground culture, or theatrical themes. Posters remain its most convincing setting because the broken contours turn each word into a jagged illustration.
