Waking Up by LDF is a free handwritten font marked by towering, narrow letters, loose overlaps, and dramatic changes between fine lines and dense strokes that often shift suddenly within a single letter. Its crooked angles and oversized loops keep the lettering visibly unsettled.

Album artwork is its strongest setting, since the stretched proportions can turn a band name into an unruly focal point, but that wiry construction also fits gig posters, fashion graphics, and streetwear merchandise. It speaks most directly to independent musicians, alternative clothing labels, and young creative audiences drawn to lettering that looks personal, nervous, and deliberately unpolished.
