Under Water by Mike Larson (Mr.Fisk) is a free underwater-distorted display font with letters that look stretched, swollen, and gently tugged off balance. Its sharp upper flares keep a hint of old serif form, but the uneven sides and liquid silhouette make the font feel more washed and warped than formal.
