Knotwork, borders, and heraldic illustration share its mix of sweeping curves and pointed details, making it useful for historical publishing and festival posters. It also suits fantasy game graphics and folk-music packaging. Those recurring blade-like points can echo carved ornaments or interlaced motifs within the artwork.
