Star Rising by Xerographer Fonts is a free comic display font from 2012, drawn with wiry, uneven strokes and sudden areas of solid black. Its tall letters sway between delicate skeletal outlines and oversized wedges, circles, and bulging curves. The shifting weight gives each character the look of a quick cartoon drawing interrupted by bold cut-paper shapes rather than polished type.

Poster lettering is its strongest role, especially for offbeat comedy events, experimental music artwork, and children's publishing that can use its unruly scale changes as part of the scene. On merchandise, the black shapes can echo simple spot illustrations and playful silhouettes.
