Splincide Schriftart

Splincide by Sparhelt is a free outlined techno display font. Its rough, wavering hand-drawn contours and uneven internal joins loosen the squared mechanical framework, and sharp diagonal cuts give the letters a fractured, improvised edge.

A science fiction game title is its strongest setting, since the hollow construction resembles lettering cut into a damaged control panel or machine casing. The same angular shapes can give electronic music posters, arcade merchandise, and event graphics a scrappy underground attitude. It is especially suited to dystopian technology and retro-futurist subjects, where the broken geometry can become part of an interface or industrial emblem.
