Quastic Kaps Line

Quastic Kaps Line, Graham Meade's free retro caps display font from 2003, leans into tall, theatrical lettering with a light Art Deco pull. The letters mix broad curves and narrow verticals, then anchor the word with a long underline that makes the whole design feel posed, posterish, and a little old cinema.

This free font fits best where the lettering can act like a sign: mastheads, album covers, cocktail menus, title cards, and monograms all suit its stately rhythm. It works especially well for short headlines and initials, because the caps have enough contrast and flourish to carry a layout without needing much else.
