Nantua Roman Schriftart

Nantua Roman by Rene Verkaart is a free techno display font with tall, tightly fitted letters and a severe architectural silhouette. Broad vertical strokes meet clipped corners, narrow openings, and sharp diagonal cuts, producing a compact pattern of dark forms and bright slits.

Futuristic cities, industrial machinery, and dystopian entertainment are natural territory for this design. Its construction suits game graphics, science-fiction posters, and music packaging, especially when the lettering needs the force of a fabricated sign. There, the alphabet can become machinery or skyline rather than neutral text.
