Leipzig Fraktur LF Bold from CAT Design Wolgast is a free blackletter font with the taut, formal bearing of traditional Fraktur. Sharp joins, broken curves, and long spear-like strokes give the letters a dense silhouette, but their narrow proportions keep the forms upright and disciplined.

It can create a convincing period title for historical publishing or theatrical posters. The lettering also fits heraldic imagery. Black metal album covers and craft beer packaging draw on the same severe points and old-world authority.
