Jhiaxus Italic Schriftart

Jhiaxus Italic by Neale Davidson is a free heavy italic sans serif with tightly drawn capitals, broad shoulders, clipped outer edges, an aggressive forward lean, and a distinctly mechanical stance. Deep diagonal cuts keep the dense forms sharp, quick, and forceful.

Merchandise is its clearest setting, especially motorsport apparel and sci-fi game graphics where speed, armor, and engineered machinery belong to the surrounding visual world throughout the design. In action posters, vehicle branding, and sports packaging, the same compressed force can turn a short wordmark into racing livery or a panel from a futuristic machine rather than a neutral typographic label.

Jhiaxus is inspired by Hasbro, Inc.’s Transformers: Generation Two franchise. It includes the full alphabet, extended punctuation, and the euro symbol. The left and right brackets are replaced with the “Generation Two” Autobot and Decepticon symbols, respectively. It includes regular, bold, italic, and bold italic styles.
