Isabelle Layne Bold by Vanessa Bays of ByTheButterfly.com is a free comic display font with exceptionally tall, narrow letters. Its loose strokes shift gently in width, and the rounded shapes have an easy hand-drawn wobble. The extreme proportions are the main attraction.

It can turn a poster or children's book cover into a lanky, humorous piece of lettering, with enough informality for party invitations. That stretched silhouette also suits character-led packaging, where the letters can echo long-limbed cartoon illustrations.
