Gothic Scratch is a free hand-drawn display font with stark, angular lettering and an intentionally uneven outline. Its strokes shift abruptly in width, giving the forms the cut-paper roughness of marks made quickly with a blunt tool. Sharp joins and off-kilter curves keep the silhouette raw and restless.

A horror label, underground music act, or independent game studio could use it for posters, merchandise, and title graphics built around a rough, confrontational look. The jagged construction also suits Halloween event artwork and distressed packaging, but its clearest role is in horror posters, where the letters can function almost like slashed or torn graphic marks.
