Folks by Gary David Bouton of Chariyware is a free folk-art display font with tall, eccentric letters and a hand-cut silhouette. Strong thick-thin changes, flared tips, and repeated bands of triangular ornament give the lettering the look of carved signs or decorated textiles.

A craft brewery, heritage shop, or folk music festival could use it for branding that draws directly on handmade ornament and old-world imagery.
