DirtyThinkwitz, designed by Manfred Klein for Klaus Burkhardt, is a free blackletter font with an unruly medieval edge. Its broad, fractured forms combine sharp turns, uneven stroke widths, and sweeping pointed ends, giving the lettering the look of hand-cut signage rather than formal calligraphy.
It is especially convincing on music posters, where its dense silhouette suits metal, punk, and theatrical artwork. It also fits fantasy book covers and event merchandise. Those blade-like points can echo swords, torn banners, or jagged illustration borders, turning the lettering into part of the artwork.
