Marleen Script Reduced, designed by Marleen Baumann and Ingo Zimmermann of ingoFonts Augsburg, is a free handwritten font with the speed and looseness of an unedited signature. Its wandering baseline, oversized loops, and abrupt changes in stroke width make the letters feel immediate and restless.

Personal expression is its strongest subject, particularly for diary-inspired publishing and artist portfolios. The sweeping forms can turn a music poster into something closer to a scrawled autograph than formal display type. Fashion graphics and event invitations also suit its quick, unruly marks.

Marleen Script includes nearly 100 stylistic alternates for individual letters and more than 400 ligatures.

All ingoFonts fonts are available as free downloads. The downloadable files contain only a reduced font consisting of uppercase and lowercase letters from A to Z and a to z.
