Fengardo Neue, designed by Loic Sander in 2012, is a free contemporary sans serif with a crisp, architectural silhouette and restrained elegance. Its tall capitals combine broad curves with noticeably changing stroke widths, and the compact lowercase letters bring a softer, more relaxed texture in mixed-case editorial settings.
Modern architecture is its clearest thematic match. It can shape identities for galleries and design studios, as well as magazine covers and arts event posters, where its poised drawing offers a measured contemporary voice. The rounded bowls and clipped, economical joins echo structural details and connect the lettering directly with architectural patterns and geometric illustration.
