Black Square by Adrian Vega of FontStruct is a free pixel font built from stark, squared strokes. Its blocky letters use open rectangular forms and abrupt right-angle turns, giving the design the direct look of an early low-resolution screen. Every curve is translated into a firm, stepped corner.

A small independent game studio or consumer electronics label could use it for interface titles, console-inspired branding, and packaging built around a stripped-back view of digital hardware and low-resolution screens. The same crisp grid construction also suits event posters and music merchandise rooted in arcade graphics, chiptune culture, and early computer imagery.
